Theater Room

• Max attendees 400 people

• ADA/Family bathrooms with changing tables
• Two parking lots (West lot is food truck accessible)
• West door for setup and tear down access ONLY

• Black table covers
• Speakers and wireless microphones
• Color changing LED lighting
• All lights and chandeliers are dimmable
• An Hour and a half set up time and teardown (outside of party time)​
• Must be vacated by 12:30 AM

Dance Room:

• Can seat up to 100 people

Catering

• We do allow you to bring outside food! 
• We do not have dinner services available (buffet style only) 
• Our parking lot is compatible with any food truck. (Maximum of 3 trucks) 

Bar Package

• Open bar package- $15 per person
• Non-alcoholic open bar- $5 per person
• Liquor voucher tickets- $5 each, with one alcoholic drink included per ticket 
• Cash and Card bar- everyone for themselves

• Our bar will be open for a MAX of 6 hours and must close at 11:30 pm
• No outside drink or liquor
• If you have a liquor you'd like to showcase, we can work with our liquor distributors to bring some bottles in at discounted prices for the event

Security

• Our liquor license prohibits anyone from being served alcohol without the presence of security
• Our security is $75 per hour

Deposit

• 50% when contract is signed
• 50% 90 days before event date
